These terms govern your use of WanderLux Escapades' planning services and this website. By submitting an enquiry or engaging us to design your journey, you agree to the terms below.
Our services
WanderLux Escapades designs and coordinates personalized travel itineraries. We act as an independent travel advisor, arranging services on your behalf through trusted third-party providers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators and ground transportation companies.
Bookings & payment
Quotes provided during planning are estimates until confirmed. Deposits and final payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your itinerary proposal. Prices from third-party suppliers may change until a booking is confirmed and paid in full.
Cancellations & changes
Cancellation and change policies are set by the individual airlines, hotels and operators included in your itinerary and will be communicated to you at the time of booking. WanderLux Escapades' planning fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once work has begun.
Travel documents & requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid passports, visas, vaccinations and any other documentation required for your destinations. We're glad to advise, but final responsibility for compliance with entry requirements rests with the traveler.
Limitation of liability
WanderLux Escapades is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions or delays of third-party suppliers, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, strikes or government actions.
